He is survived by: his sons, Shad (Tricia Tolbert), Cleveland, Donald (Valerie Tolbert) and Chuck Tolbert; and his siblings, Tommy Tolbert of Dahlonega, Jimmy Tolbert of Dahlonega, Charles Tolbert of Dahlonega, Stanley Tolbert of Dahlonega, Ruth Grant, Gainesville and Chris Gilreath. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
