She was predeceased by: her parents, Toy Abraham Autry Sr. and Clara Mae Hulsey; and her siblings, Bennie Autry, Jackie Autry, Toy Abraham "Tug" Autry Jr., Robert Autry, Frances Meaders, Vergie Palmer and Idell Dorsey.
She is survived by: her children, Leslie (Jim Ansley), Lori and Lane; her daughter-in-law Carol Bulgin of Cleveland; her grandchildren, Kyle Ansley, Cody, Jessi Ansley, Colton Bulgin, Caitlyn Bulgin and Landon Bulgin; her great grandchildren, Asher Ansley, Cason Ansley and Emory Ansley; and her siblings, Kenneth Autry, Polly Davis, Lola and Herman Shelnut.
