He is survived by: his children, Jesse Earles and Shiann Minor (Ryan); his stepchildren, Misty Spangler, Amber Polk (Chris) and Steven Spangler; his grandchildren, Devin, Reagan, Raylan, Reese, Rayna, Ian and Christina; and his brother Ivan Smith.
