She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Jackson and Maggie Whitmire Jackson; her husband Kermett Staton; her grandchildren, Fay Lisa Staton, Kay Louise Staton and Joseph Steve Staton; and her siblings, Warner Jackson (Bill), Henry Jackson, Daisy Jackson White, Emma Lee Jackson Taylor and Dora Jackson Staton.
She is survived by: her sons, James Peffer (Bonnie Sue Staton) and Cleveland; her grandchildren, Velma (Curt DeGroff), Randy (Shawn Dean) and Steve (Missy Dean); and her great great grandchildren, Caleb James Crump, Dresden Abbott and Sebastian Abbott. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
