She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Chumley and Lourain Chumley; her husbands, Charlie R. Chambers and Robert H. Thacker; her son-in-law Verlin Franklin; and her siblings, Winnie Smith, Dorothy Gentry, Gladys O'Bryant, Bonnie Thurmond, Olin Chumley and Grover Chumley.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Franklin of Maryville, TN, Cecilia Chambers, Cleveland, Robert D. and Rebecca Thacker; and her sister Lois Keller. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter; and a number of other relatives.
