She is survived by: her husband Nathaniel Wellborn; her sons, Gwuan Nathaniel Wellborn, Shawn Roy Wellborn and Ishmael Nathan Wellborn; her daughter-in-law Chelsea Flake Wellborn; her grandchildren, Ezra Wellborn, Randi Claire Wellborn, Judah Wellborn, Rory Wellborn and Jentezen Wellborn; her siblings, Inez (Robert Jones), Linda (Harold Seabolt), Diane (Ronnie Turner), Tammy (John Adams) and Wayne; and her sister-in-law Jennifer Vandiver. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
