She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Hart and Vera Howington Hart; her husband Horace Fitzpatrick; her son Rev. David Fitzpatrick; and her brothers, Boyd Hart and Lynwood Hart.
She is survived by: her children, Carol (Lynn Smith), Angie (Darren Sledge), Mike (Donna Fitzpatrick) and Roger (Linda Fitzpatrick); and her daughter-in-law Margie Fitzpatrick. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.
