She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur LaRock and Gertrude Pierce LaRock; her husband Jack Garey; her children, Tia Anne Dyer and Pete Garey; and her sister Inez Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Hulsey (Jim), Alpharetta, Kathy Mason, Maysville and Bruce Garey (Anita); and her son-in-law Mike Dyer. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
