He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe "Bunk" Jackson and Ella Turner Jackson; and his siblings, Glen Jackson, Richard Jackson, Ray Jackson and Virginia Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Verlene Jackson; his children, Will (Susie Jackson), Benjamin (Heather Jackson) and Karen; his son-in-law Tony Brown; his daughter Sherry Jackson; his granddaughter Ava Jackson of Cleveland; his sister JoAnne; his brother-in-law Coy Robinson; his brother Paul; his sister-in-law Brenda Jackson; his mother-in-law Jimmie McGee; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Jackson, Laverne Jackson, Doris, Randall Beck and Kenneth Anderson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
