It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vonne Jean King of Clermont, Georgia, born in Blakely, Georgia, who passed away on December 9, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Floyd and Irene Winsor Floyd; her son Randy Gowan; her husband James Cranford; and her brother William Eddie Floyd.
She is survived by: her children, Drucilla (Ray McDougald), Dwight (Cindy King), Danny Gowan of Athens, Carol (Wayne Patterson) and Cathy Cranford of Jefferson; and her sister Joann Goforth of Albany, Georgia.. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren.
