She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Milton Bryan and Della Mae Anderson Bryan; her husbands, Herman Francis Chambers Sr. and Tommy Eugene O'Kelley; and her siblings, Ernest Bryant, Walter Bryan and Eula Potter.

She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Chambers (Joyce) of Murrayville, Scottie Chambers (Patti) of Clermont and Frankie Chambers (Lula); and her sister Willie Mae Harley of Sautee. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Strickland and Sons Funeral Home (260 Main St, Clermont, GA 30527). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Christian Hill Baptist Church (5865 Gailey Dr, Clermont, GA 30527). A burial was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at the Christian Hill Baptist Church Cemetery (5865 Gailey Dr, Clermont, GA 30527).
