It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Jeanene Woody of Clermont, Georgia, born in Gainesville, Georgia, who passed away on July 8, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Betty Constance Whitmire Lawson; and her former husband William H. Woody, Jr. (Bill). She is survived by: her children, William Brian Woody (SaDonna) of Oakwood, Kevin Woody (Tanya) of Clermont and Misty Adams (Dayrl) of Flowery Branch; her grandchildren, Will, Wyatt, Bella and Bliss Woody; her father Rev. William J. "Bill" Lawson of Cleveland; her siblings, Connie East of Dahlonega, Steve Lawson of Watkinsville and Greg Lawson of Peoria, IL; her mother-in-law Juanita Woody; and her husband Steve Deming of Gainesville. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and other loving relatives.
