He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Green Sullens and Annette Helen Cantrell Sullens; and his wife Dena Rochelle Overby Sullens. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Lee (James) of Clermont and Ga Joel Sullens (Breanna) of Clermont; his grandchildren, Makayla Green, Madison Kasid, Maverick Sullens and Myles Sullens; and his siblings, Vickie Phillips (Darrell) of Gainesville and Steve Sullens (Tina) of Cumming. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
