She is survived by: her children, Patti Pethel Flow (Joseph), Sheri Pethel Gibbs (Jason Elrod), John Timothy Smith (Dawn) and Bill Gregory Smith (Pam); and her grandchildren, Melissa White Crowder (Noah), Trevor Flow, Heather White Cartee (Chris), Jeremy Flow (Nicole), Jessica Flow Bagwell (Adam), Katie Smith Gillespie (Scott), Kaleb Smith and Jared Smith. She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
