He is survived by: his son Harley Payne Jr. of Clermont; his siblings, Lovell (Jeff Halsey), Linda Ingram (Lois Truelove) and George Lloyd Payne of Clermont; and his sister-in-law Wanda Payne of Clermont. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
