It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Martin Rogers of Clermont, Georgia, who passed away on September 6, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Frances leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Frances may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her husband Rex Rogers; her siblings, Jim Martin, Kathleen Stephens, Dean Gooch and Thelma Cox; and her daughter-in-law Debra O'Neil Rogers.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Rogers of Clermont, Timothy Rogers of Clermont and Tammy Smith of Cleveland; her sister Carolyn Vickers of Ellijay; and her grandchildren, Nick Beasley, Justin Rogers, Sarah Lavere and Becky Taylor. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
