He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude William Dale and Minnie Lou Smith Dale; his wife Betty Lou Peeples Dale; and his siblings, James Authur Dale, Doris Murel and Martha "Susie" Dale.
He is survived by: his brother Robert; his sister-in-law Janice Dale of Lula; his daughter Deborah; his son-in-law Ricky Davis of Hoschton; his daughter Susan; his son-in-law Scotty Abercrombie of Lula; his children, Lauri Dale of Clermont and Jody; his daughter-in-law Sabrina Dale of Clermont; his grandchildren, Amanda Henson, Cale Abercrombie, Conley Dale and Kristen Thompson; and his great grandchildren, Davis, Marleigh and Max Henson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
