It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Meaders (Clermont, Georgia), who passed away on January 4, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Betty departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Betty may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Betty leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lambert Meaders and Frances Meaders; and her sister Carol Shields. She is survived by: her sister Joan; her brother-in-law Phil Golden; and her caregiver Betty Biggles. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family also asks that anyone wishing to make a donation in Betty's memory, to do so to their favorite charity.
