He was predeceased by: his father Kelton Columbus Watts; his wife Janice Guffie Watts; his son Keith Watts; and his siblings, Jimmy Watts, Shirley Welborn and Evelyn Watts.
He is survived by: his close friend Jeanette Nichols Beck; his children, William Watts Mt (Renee), Sam Watts (Clair), Hank Rogers of Franklin, NC, Sonya Watts of Franklin, NC and Rhonda Edmonds of Toccoa, GA; and his siblings, Joe Watts (Kathy), Janice Edmondson (Frank) and Joyce Ramey of Clayton, GA. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
