She was predeceased by: her parents, John Neal White and Lillian Kelly White; her husband Dennis Clyde Harkins; and her brother-in-law Cleon Egbert Heard. She is survived by: her sons, Blaine Harkins of Clayton, Georgia, Brandon Harkins (Cheryl) of Clayton, Georgia and Britton Harkins (Katie) of Clayton, Georgia; and her siblings, Steve White of Travelers Rest, Deborah Heard of Franklin and Suzanne Parks of Dahlonega, Georgia. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations should be made in Terri's memory to the charity of your choice.
