He is survived by: his parents, Holly Ciochetti and Patrick Macaulay; his siblings, Bella Ciochetti, Vannessa Sisto, Ashley Ciochetti, Taylor Sisto, Michael Ciochetti III and Luke Macaulay; his grandparents, George Wilson and Jeanette Ciochetti; and his stunt-father Michael Ciochetti Jr..

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the National Vaccine Information Center.
