She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Emory N. Whaley, Jr.; her parents, George Newsom and Josephine Newsom; and her children, Sheryl Anne Whaley of Clayton and Kenneth Emory Whaley of Brooks. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
