Roscoe Palmer Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roscoe Palmer (Clayton, Georgia), who passed away on September 13, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Josephine Grace Palmer; his great grandchild Brooke-Lynn Tubiolo; and his siblings, Albert, Ellis, Robert Palmer and Elouise Willis.

He is survived by: his son Roscoe "Rocky" Palmer (Vicki) of Scaly Mountain, NC; his grandchildren, Kimberly Verni (Mike) and Shannon Porter (Josh); his great grandchildren, Christian Tubiolo, Gabe Porter, Joey Porter, Elle Verni and Daniel Dailey; his great great grandchild Christopher Harrington; and his brother Johnny Palmer.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Rabun Memory Park (157 Oak Laurel Dr, Clayton, GA 30525).
