He is survived by: his wife Jewell Wilbanks Speed; his children, Christy Speed, Tammy Kilby, Janie Armour (Tim) and Sonya Neilson (Russell); his grandchildren, Stella Rickman (Andrew Matis), Nevel Kilby, Ben Neilson, Kristi Goodwin (Matthew), Trent Kilby (Heath) and Tucker Kilby; his great grandchildren, Avarie Goodwin and Beau Goodwin; and his sisters, Pat Gravley (Bill) and Joyce Chastain (Ernest). He is also survived by friend.
