She was predeceased by: her parents, T. C. Justus and Frances Welch Justus; and her brothers, Donald Justus and Danny Justus. She is survived by: her grandson George Edwin "Ed" Nix; her husband Ed Nix; her daughters, Angela Turner (Delwyn) of Lakemont and Melissa Shirey (Brooks) of Cedar Bluff; her siblings, Ricky Justus and Donna Phillips of Toccoa, Georgia; and her grandchildren, Creed Turner, Kaleb Turner and Brooklyn Shirey.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Rebecca's memory to the Head of Tennessee Baptist Church P.O. Box 184 Dillard, Georgia 30537.
