He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Gunter and Louise Bradley Gunter; and his sister Robin Gunter. He is survived by: his wife Betty Gunter; his children, Matt Gunter (Angela) and Sonya Wood (Steve); his stepchildren, Matt Beck and Ragan Beck; his grandchildren, Coley, Jackson, Hannah and Christian; his stepgrandchildren, Caleb and Cooper; and his siblings, Phillip Gunter, Ricky Gunter (Jan), Vicki Carver (Arthur), Patsy Patrick and Deborah Owen (Danny).
