He was predeceased by: his brother Daniel C. Kvamme; and his parents, Manford Kvamme and Alice Kvamme. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Jensen; his children, Christina Gough (Kurt), Daniel J. Kvamme and Erik Kvamme (Lisa Maticic); the parent of his children Beverly Kvamme; his grandchildren, Michael and Annika Gough; his brother David J. Kvamme (Elizabeth Bryan); and his sister-in-law Nancy Kvamme.
