She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Massey Barber and George Lamar Barber; her husband Edwin Carroll Poss; and her son John Greg Poss. She is survived by: her children, Jamie Poss Darrah (Tim) of Sky Valley and Scott Poss (Pat McKay Poss) of Tiger; and her grandchildren, Ashley Martin (Rabun), Ryan Martin (Shelley), Jordan Poss (Sarah) of Greenville, SC, Meredith Poss Thompson (Yance) and Clayton (Nicolaus Poss). She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
