We are sad to announce that on May 21, 2022, at the age of 65, Karen Elena Hooper (Clayton, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Lee Kilby and Hazel Mitchell Kilby. She is survived by: her husband Frederick Hooper; her son Darren Hooper (Leah); her brother Rodney Kilby (Peanut); and her grandchildren, Eliza Claire, Phoebe Grace and Solomon Frederick.

In lieu of flowers Karen asked that donations be made to St. Judes Children Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
