She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Bill and Joy Mavity. She is survived by: her parents, Tracy Moretz and Marsi Mavity; her siblings, Kaylin Bulla, Dolan Weeks, Lauren, Austin White, Peyton Mavity and Reagan Mavity; her nieces and nephews, Braylei Davis, Jacob Hodge, Jeffrey Antley, Jaxson Weeks, Kai Weeks and Kayce White; her grandparents, Judith Breese, Bruce, Bobbie Moretz, Joe and Sharon Anderson; and her caregivers, Julie Best and Foy Tootle.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to Scottish Rite Hospital Children's Health Care of Atlanta.
