She is survived by: her mother Patsy Welch; her husband Robert Webb; her siblings, John Welch (Bug) of Weatherford, TX, Walt Welch (Squirrel) of Clayton, GA and Georgi Menge (Pud) of Clayton, GA; her nieces, Amberly Menge, Ashley Griffin (Daryl), Allie Menge and Taylor Welch; and her nephew Trey Welch. She is also survived by six great nieces and nephews.
