She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Tuggle and Alice Armstead Tuggle; and her brother Ralph William "Buddy" Tuggle. She is survived by: her sons, William Kevin Massee (Glenda) of Salem, AL and Joseph Scott Massee of Decatur, GA; her stepgranddaughters, Amy Brown (Matthew) and Angie McDaniel (David); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Alexander Brown, Mabry Brown, Alorah Brown, Blake McDaniel and Brandon McDaniel; her great grandchildren, Thea McDaniel and Leah Shelton; and also Holly.
