He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Jackson Queen and Leona Redden Queen; his wife Irene Queen; his children, Michael Queen and Rhonda; his son-in-law David Whitworth; and his siblings, Paul Queen, Jr., Chester Queen, Calvin Queen, Vassie Worley, Patsy O'Shields, Martha Lee, Kathrine Kilby and Wannette Queen.
He is survived by: his son Shane; his daughter-in-law Melody Queen of Clayton, GA; his brother Charles; his sister-in-law Cristina Queen of Mt. City, GA; and his sister Barbara Taylor of Rabun Gap, GA..
The body is at Hunter Funeral Home and will be taken to Rabun Memory Park in Tiger, GA on Friday, February 12, 2021 for a graveside service at 1:00pm with Rev. Jewell Gaines officiating. those that Attends are ask to wear a mask and social Distancing due to covid 19.
