He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Neely and Geraldine Tritt Neely; and his brother Dale Neely. He is survived by: his siblings, Denise Zachary (Ben Zachary) of Highlands, NC. and Terry Neely of Clayton; and his nieces and nephews, Candace Keener, Michaela Kaim, Alexis Neely, Kyle Keener and Quinton Neely.
In lieu of flowers the family donations be made to Beck Funeral Home to help with Funeral expenses.
