He is survived by: his wife Annette King; his son Mark King Crystal King (Mary Ruth); his brother Dr. Cullus Campbell (Jeanie); his brother-in-law Jerry Campbell; and his grandchildren, Ashley King, Christopher King, Haley Evans (Dylan), Natalie McCracken (Ethon), Heather Woods and Justin Wood.
