He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jane Keehan Hanley; his parents, William Hanley and Gertrude Hanley; and his siblings, Elizabeth Dunn, William Hanley and Thomas Hanley.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Frances Good (Chris), Michael Hanley (Nancy), Mark Hanley (Kellee), Matthew Hanley (Kimberly) and Glenn Hanley (Eve); and his grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth, Michael, Stephen, Chase, Caroline, Keelyn, Kinsley, Canaan, Caleb, Noah, Kylee, Clay, Henry and Janie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Habitat for Humanity in Rabun County or to St. Helena's Catholic Church.
