He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Evans; his parents, George Evans and Nannie Brown Evans; and his brother Robert Bowling. He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Franks (Joe) and Rebecca Olsen (Brian); and his grandchildren, Joseph Franks (Schuyler), Ashlyn Franks, Ethan Olsen, Andrew Franks, Jacob Olsen, Laura Olsen and Audrey Olsen.
