He is survived by: his wife Betsy Bramlett Smith; his daughters, Elena Smith Watts (Johnny) and Erin Smith Caudell (Matt); his grandchildren, Joseph "Joe" Watts (Deidra) and Lindsay Caudell; and his great grandchildren, Ansley of Clayton, GA, Kaylee of Clayton, GA, Cora of Clayton, GA, Olive of Clayton, GA and Della Watts of Clayton, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
