He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Minyard Conner and Lessie Ayers Conner; his siblings, Roy Conner, Jack Conner, Eleanor and Reva; his sons, Eddie Conner, Marty Conner and Robbie Conner; and his stepsons, Vince Johnson and Patrick Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Moore Conner; his son Harvey Conner (Susan); his siblings, Steve Conner (Sue), Ray Conner (Jeanette), Bill Conner (Eloise) and Martha Speed; and his grandchildren, Evan Conner, Jonathan York, Katherine Conner, Anna Conner, Brent Johnson, Seth Johnson and Jessica Ford. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chechero Baptist Church (120 S Church St, Clayton, GA 30525). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers family ask donations be made to St Jude's Children Hospital or a Charity of choice.
