She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alvah Hollis Murphy and Bertha Williams Murphy; her daughter Phyllis; her husband Ed Elliott; her daughter Mandy Elliott; her granddaughter Phyllis Elliott (Adam); and also, Crossing and Senior Helpers.
In lieu of flowers and in celebration of Charlotte's devotion to teaching elementary students and her passion for her church, the family is requesting donations to the Harp's Crossing Christian Academy and Preschool.
