He was predeceased by: his parents, Philo Neely and Maybelle Chastain Neely. He is survived by: his son Dale Neely; his brother William; his children, Vaughn Neely of Highlands, NC., Terry Neely of Clayton, GA. and Denise Zachary (Ben) of Highlands, NC.; and his siblings, Crawford Neely of Clayton, GA. and Katheryn Vanughn of Winder, GA.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
