He is survived by: his wife Peggy Haslett Hamby Collins; his daughters, Beth Becker (Robert) of Cumming, GA and Gina Chambers of Hiawassee, GA; his grandchildren, Hank Chambers, Andy Chambers (Taylor), Emily Becker, Carson Becker and Cole Becker; and his great grandchild Kayce Chambers.
