He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Capone and Helen Kustra Capone; his wife Arlene Capone; his son Tony Capone; and his sister Theresa Capone.
He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Capone of New Jersey, Thomas Capone of Pennsylvania, Peter Capone of Illinois, Joseph Capone of Arizona, Kathy Kelly of New Jersey and Mary Blazewicz of Colorado.
