She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence "Bud" Crone and Katherine "Mama Kate" Gaines Crone; her husband Alfred Waters; her siblings, Lawrence, Frank, Jim Crone and Mamie Lee Whitmire; and her half-siblings, Sam, Bill Allgary and Lula Belle Allgary Cole.
She is survived by: her children, Harrison Alfred Waters (Kathy) of Clayton, GA, Carolyn Queen (Monroe) of Clayton, GA, Dianne Taylor (Gary) of Mountain City, GA, James Calvin Waters (Joyce) of Tiger, GA, Dorothy Carnes (Boyd) of Tiger, GA and Sharon York (Chris) of Demorest, GA; and her grandchildren, Stephen, Scott, Joey, Tommy Waters, Tony Queen, Wanda Justus, Shane Taylor, Shannon Bleckley, Shona Purcell, Jamie Holt, Monica Carnes, Kevin and Jeremy York. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren, and four great great-grandchildren, and a host a nieces, nephews and friends.
