He was predeceased by: his parents, Amanda Lee Smith and Roosevelt Smith; and his siblings, Rufus Smith (Pete), Annie Elois Smith, Roosevelt Smith Jr., Freddie Smith and Patricia Kent.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Smith and Adrienne Smith Arkwright (Larry); and his siblings, George Smith (Beatrice), Joel Smith, Eddie James Smith, Carrie Holmes and Donnie Hines (Frank). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and several cherished nieces, nephews, and close friends.
