He was predeceased by: his wife Judi Blake; his grandson Cody King; and his parents, Orval Blake and Elena Blake. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Youngblood (Denver), Kris Goleash (Kim), Gary King and Kent King (Teresa). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, four brothers and five sisters.
