He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Blalock and Oneta Lewis Blalock. He is survived by: his wife Linda Dozier Blalock; his children, Jason Blalock (Stephanie) of Claxton and Elizabeth Hood (Jeremy) of Claxton; and his brother-in-law David Dozier (Pam) of Cumming, GA. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
