She was predeceased by: her father Arthur Muller Tidwell; her former husband David Whitten, Sr.; her sister Cornelia; and her great grandchild CJ. She is survived by: her husband Carroll Collins; her children, David Whitten, Jr. (Laura), Christine Sanders (Sean), Heidi Whitten, Jodi Cowart and Eric Collins; and her sisters, Deborah Peterson (Mickey) and Karen Edenfield. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; four bonus grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
