She was predeceased by: her parents, William Manning and Mamie Lou Barrow; her siblings, CJ Barrow, Billy Barrow, Joe Barrow, Jimmy Barrow and Lucille Thompson; her son-in-law Brookie Carter; and her grandchildren, Scott Barrow, Sabrina DeLoach and Katlyn Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Rewis (Katie) of Athens, Danny Rewis (Sue) of Guyton, Gail Fogle (Bobby) of Hardeeville and Kathy Carter of Hazelhurst, Georgia; and her siblings, Garland Barrow of Lyons, Georgia and Sue West of Claxton, Georgia. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren.
