She is survived by: her mother Linda Ragans of Claxton; her children, Joshua DeSmit, Sr. of Guyton and Whitney Wilding; her son-in-law Edward Waters of Pembroke; her sisters, Kara Ward of Hinesville and Laura Maner of Claxton; her grandchildren, Joshua DeSmit, Jr., Hayden DeSmit, Elizabeth Rowell, Gideon Pollock and Layla Waters; her nieces, Liliana Ward and Tiffany Walker; and her nephew Dustin Jeffers.

REMEMBERANCE: the family requests memorial tributes be directed to Linda's funeral fund to assist with expenses at Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home.
